Return Policy

At Mom On The Go, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. While we generally have a zero return and refund policy, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a return is necessary. In these cases, we will handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers and serve them at the highest level possible. We believe that when we treat our customers well, they will continue to do business with us.

If you are granted a return, it must be made within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, we cannot accept any returns, offer refunds, or issue store credit.

Items returned must be received in like-new condition with packaging attached. If items are not received in proper condition, Mom On The Go reserves the right to decline the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

At Mom On The Go, we have an internal auditing procedure to monitor and investigate refunds and returns to determine eligibility. Items returned due to damage and/or defect will be exchanged if still in stock, or shop credit will be issued.
